Data Protection Notice

This notice summarises KDN’s intended data protection approach under applicable Kenyan law, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.

Data minimisation: we collect only what is needed for enquiries, interest registration, newsletter subscriptions and project planning.

Security: role-based access, secure authentication, encrypted transport and audit logging are used to protect administrative data.

Cross-border transfers: if service providers store data outside Kenya, KDN will assess lawful transfer mechanisms before production use.

Rights: you may request access, correction, deletion or objection by contacting KDN. You may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.

This notice must be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before commercial launch.
